The association will provide you with your credentials, after you received them please head to the home page to login

How to reset password?

step 1-Type your email address to request a password reset

step 2-Go to your email inbox and find the reset code

step 3-Copy the code exactly the same with no extra spaces and type your new password

step 4- press reset password you will see a green

notification stating password changed and you will be able

to login with the credentials you just created.

What Browsers are  supported?

please make sure you are using one of the supported browsers and that they are up to date.

How can I watch videos on my phone or tablet?

All streaming video players on this site are mobile‐friendly. That is, when you touch the video player in your mobile browser, the video will automatically load in your device's native video player. There is no app needed. If you notice the streaming video player is larger than your screen, simply touch the player to launch your device's native video player

My screen has over ½ taken up by the header.

how to watch previous shows? unable to open session? or missed it?

After the event has concluded  you can still watch the sessions.

-Inside the player  you can click the icon in the top right to choose which day you prefer to watch.

No Audio?

if you lost sound please restart your browser, if the issue persists please try a different device or browser.

delays in sound and video ?

Please restart your browser to correct the issue.

Audio everywhere but app?

please make sure audio is un-muted in the player and  all the way up.

Why is my video choppy? or Why does my video have to rebuffer frequently?

We recommend viewing Livestream from a wired connection with a download speed of at least 1Mbps. If the event producer is sending the stream at a higher bitrate, you will need a faster connection.

To test your speed, go to www.speedtest.net. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on Wi-Fi and mobile internet), so running multiple tests is recommended.

As a general rule, your download bandwidth must be greater than the bitrate of the event broadcast you’re trying to watch.

I only see "The connection was reset" on my video screen?

Even though I have all the system requirements, why can I not see or hear any videos?

In some situations, other audio applications may interfere with the stream; try closing your browser and all audio applications. Restart your browser and return to the video.
